Let me start by saying — I love what I do.

For more than two decades, I’ve worked with individuals and

families to help them navigate life’s hardest seasons and 

build a stronger, healthier sense of self. 


My approach is rooted in Functional Psychology — a blend of psychological science and practical systems designed to help 

people think better, feel better, and function better in every area 

of life. While my background as a clinical psychologist informs everything I do, The Breakthrough Program isn’t therapy — it’s a structured system I created and teach, grounded in Functional Psychology, to help people create lasting change in real life. 


I focus on helping clients identify what’s working, upgrade 

what’s not, and replace survival mode with sustainable 

systems that lead to thriving. My work is about optimization — teaching people how to biohack their happiness, health, and habits, 

so they can build lives that actually function well. 


It’s about creating practical, repeatable systems for mental and emotional well-being that support lasting change — beyond what willpower or medication alone can achieve. Therapy lays the foundation; my work builds the systems that come next.
